For that MVA hit-and-run in front of the Skylark Liquors, 350 West 1st Avenue, 350 West 1st Avenue, right in front of that address for a, again, an MVA hit-and-run. Tow truck from CT Towing hit the caller and left the scene, fled towards Elizabeth.
