between 7th Avenue and Liberty Avenue. This will be on a sidewalk on Grant Street for a 35-year-old male, unconscious but breathing. Callers are reporting that he passed out on the sidewalk. Again, that's going to be 4 Engine, 4 Engine, only first responder detail in Zone 13, outside the federal courthouse at 700 Grant Street, between 7th Avenue and Liberty Avenue on the Grant Street sidewalk for a 35-year-old male who fainted. Unknown if he is breathing completely normal. Comment on EMS 1. Time now is 1830.
