219 and 210, for a suspicious circumstance, subject attempted to steal a caller's bike. They were last seen northbound on 70th from North Avenue. It was five to six male black juveniles on bicycles. One was wearing black hooded sweatshirt with red writing and black jeans. Occurred four to five minutes ago. 219.
