to be at 2302 B Street Northwest at the Valley Center Corporate Park. RP's an employee, advising of a male in a vehicle in the parking lot. Hispanic male, 30s, dark hair, appears to be working on the vehicle itself. He's been asked to leave multiple times. Sounds like they're on a trespass now.
