It's gonna be I-25 northbound at North Academy Boulevard. It's gonna be a male party walking on I-25, possibly intoxicated. He's throwing his hands up. It's gonna be southbound on the northbound side of the road, walking in the left side shoulder. Looking for a 40s-year-old white male, 5'10", skinny-build, bald, last seen wearing dark shirt and jeans.
