3. 453. 453 on a suspicious person with a weapon. James and Lodi, intersection of James and Lodi. Caller's reporting a 30s black male last seen wearing a dark green t-shirt, black pants, walking with a knife, swinging it around. He said it eastbound on James towards Teal. It was a long knife, a 7 or 8 inch blade.
