Further to 225, respond for a found property. Happy Dog Grooming Salon, 5733 Buckystown Pike, off of Guilford Drive. 1017 saw a man ride up and drop a bike in a parking lot for an hour. It's been laying in the grass. The man got up and walked away. They're not sure if the bike is stolen.
