18 Kessler, tall, white male, blue shirt and tan pants. Currently in a blue Subaru or Toyota hatchback. Went to the door and tried to open it. He's now back in his vehicle, just sitting here. It's 2019 North Grand River. Resident has dementia. She's been in the community room all day screaming. Call's been holding for a little bit. Dispatch, Medic 41 is on scene. Okay.
