Units en route to 3830 Meadows Drive for the incomplete call. The complainant called back says she's at Taco Bell at 38th and Rural. Says her vehicle was stolen earlier today. She just located it. Her brother is now chasing the female that was driving her vehicle. Would not give a vehicle description.
