812, I'm sending you down to Hazicon for Lock Raven Boulevard and 695. Lock Raven and 695. They said a bike is not moving. They want officers to come out and put some flares and cones out on the exit. The area the bike is in is in high traffic and the cars are going fast off the ramp.
