2517 Wal-Mart Avenue, United Way of South Hampton Roads. They said a rocking 40s, black shirt, blue shirts, and a white male traveling suitcase. He was refusing to leave. He said he had a medical emergency but no appointment. They said they can't let him inside. He was being verbally aggressive. We did start medics for the male, but the male is now walking away towards Robin Hood and Wal-Mart. Copy. 2-4, out of radio.
