33. 33. Can you respond to 5152 South Nicholson? Caller states the neighbor's dog has been out all day yesterday and today, crying and has no water that she can see. There is also no shelter available. We did previously go to that house on June 3rd and that the dog owner stated the dog likes to be outside. The dog owner is John Seitz. He is available, no arms.
