Motor traffic hazard, 5230 Campbell Boulevard off of Philadelphia and Franklin Square Drive, Nottingham Square. James says there's a black Lexus RX 5, 5295 Charles John with expired tags. They think it may be parked at the location because it says DOT unknown, and they last saw it at the Nottingham Square Shopping Center, and the driver's description is unknown. 913 is out at the decks on a theft call.
