Unknown trouble at M&T Bank, 3065 Niagara Falls Boulevard. We had a phone call from someone who said there was a man trying to rob them and then mentioned something about a down payment on a car. It's not clear if it was a customer or an employee, but it came in from a cell phone. 10-4. 10-5. 10-4.
