I got a citizen call, occurred at 61 Frank Street, and the complainant at Delawanda Drive wants to report two males came in and filled out an application at her job on Eastview Apartments, and when she went to help them, they were playing porn on their phone and she wanted to talk to someone. They shipped us to the west side.
