Broadcast for a possible suspicious package. It's going to be in front of Starbucks, 4231 East Little Creek. Last 10 to 15 minutes, there's been a black suitcase located between the two poles near their patio area. It's been there for about 10 to 15 minutes. No one's approached it. It's about the size of a carry-on with a black handle.
