I've got possibly a mental subject that was at 813 Washington Avenue. He came up to the, uh, Michelle Townsend and threatened her with a stick, stating that she was holding somebody kidnapped in the basement. He was last seen heading in the alley towards Phillips 66, but he said he was returning. She'd like to have him speak with an officer. 10-4.
