East District 15 and North District 23, information only on a reckless vehicle, last seen in the area of East 16th Street and North Rule Street. Caller reports her Uber driver, a black male in a gray Hyundai Tucson, license plate John Lincoln David Union 87, was speeding, going approximately 80 miles per hour and falling asleep while driving. She asked him to slow down, so he kicked her out of the vehicle and continued northbound Rule Street. The information only reference CAD 245 at 430. North District. 3, I'll look.
