Quality 3839 for a juvenile problem. 38. 39. It's 5370 South Edgewood Circle, 1460 East. Complainant was at the location. Says that there's a large party of underage drinking. Just reporting it was starting when the complainant left. Did not give a time lapse. Reporting somebody that had a knife. Unknown if he was threatened. I'll present further.
