Units start you towards a suspicious at 1301 Ghent Commons Drive. It's going to be for two 12-year-old boys knocking on the door asking for a ride to the Norfolk Premium Outlets. It's going to be a black male wearing a black hoodie and a white male wearing a white t-shirt. Per the caller, they both headed towards the cul-de-sac across the street from the location.
