Shoplifter dispute. Near 5015 Southwest 9th, the caller was the shop owner here, said that a male stole two tires from the shop, dropped the tires, but now threatened to shoot our caller. It's going to be a Hispanic male, no shirt, black pants, green ball cap. Going to be close to Southwest 9th and Hackley right now.
