6279, that ATV just took off from West again. We are on Sycamore at 5th Street. They're driving on the sidewalk now. Copy, Sycamore and 5th. They're driving the wrong way on Main, south on Main. We're not perceiving. Do you have any other description besides a female Black? I mean, I noticed she's on an ATV. She has a teal shirt on, tan pants, and a, looks like a gray face covering. She's got, like, shoulder-length dreads tied up in a bun.
