 Complainant states it was three black males jumped out of a white eco van with a white plumbing tubing on top,

 and they headed towards City, headed towards 76 from City Avenue.

 We're going to be taking this complainant up to Southwest Detective to get interviewed.

 Last two is going to be 33 and you are RTF.

Complainant states it was three black males jumped out of a white eco van with a white plumbing tubing on top, and they headed towards City, headed towards 76 from City Avenue.
