930 and 913, I need you to start for this weapons incident at Popeye's. 8669 Philly, 8669 Philly, off of Rosswell and Fontana. Caller is advising that there's a subject walking towards the location from Fontana Village. It's the number one male, black shirt, blue jeans, has a butcher knife in his hand. He's about 25 to 35, possibly has facial hair.
