I'll get you a back if you can start heading to 8531 South Chicago Road, unit 109N as in Nora. Our caller, David, is reporting that a man is laying on the ground near the east door on the northern side of the lot. He said it doesn't appear that he needs medical, but he has been there for over an hour. Described to be a younger male with a ponytail, wearing white t-shirt and dark pants. Lake Forest Apartments.
