Caller states roommate, male, Hispanic, wearing gray shirt, pulled a knife on the complainant and threatened him. Caller will be out front. Male, Hispanic, wearing glasses, white shirt, black clothing. No further. Zone 10 station, clear. 10-4. Thank you.
