14-10-4, 38 at 2056 hours. Next is going to be a 17, animal complaint, 621 Americus Avenue in East Patrick, off of Brookhaven Avenue. The concern is for two dogs at the IL. They've been chained to a gate all day. They're barking. This is an ongoing issue in the front yard. Possibly brought wild. Negative. Negative, yeah.
