Charles 25 and Edward 24 to start for a 927 in progress. 2569 Grove Avenue in 2B. Our caller is the neighbor, advised that this 95 is vacant, and he saw two decks going to the backyard. Looks like they had some bicycles with them. The neighbor no longer sees the subjects, unknown if they're inside or not. 927 in progress, 2B.
