In the start towards a 911 open at 1212 North Military Highway. Per the call notes, there was a female heard screaming and a male telling her to pepper spray him. Female attempted to pepper spray the complainant and another female and is currently driving off in a gray Kia following a gray Hyundai down North Military Highway past Target.
