Respond to Dollar Tree, 4421 West Greenfield for a welfare check. Caller who is no longer on scene stated that a Black female with shorter hair, possibly a white tank top and shorts charged at her when she noticed metal items in the trash can. She doesn't want to depress any charges, but she wants to check on the female. She states that she appeared agitated and was scaring other customers.
