3 Adam 91 for a call 591. If I can have you both start towards part of the hazard suspect in the area. It's at 120th and West Center Road. 120 and West Center Road. Caller is not what should be seen. He's reporting a 45-year-old white male in a blue t-shirt, gray shorts, on a black e-bike, going about 50 miles per hour on the sidewalk in front of the businesses. Last seen towards the area of Baker's, but has been making the loop at least four times. 3 Adam 91.
