Radio to OCH, zone cars, be advised, there was a large group of dirt bike riders in the area of east 40th and Cedar.

David 33, you can send it, just be advised, I'm on eclipsed. Okie dokie. I got a two-car MVA at 40th and Cedar, East 40 and Cedar. Originally called out at 1857. Two cars, a silver sedan ran the blinking red light, striking a black truck that was heading westbound. The male in the silver sedan took off running. Black male, no description of... No description of him.
