3-28-3-3-7, I got a suspicious, 3706 West Calumet, currently eastbound on Calumet. There's a white male, bald, shirtless. He's got tan cargo pants and gray tennis shoes. Caller states that it looks like he's trying to jump the fence into the golf course or trying to find a way in.
