21 David. 23 David. 415, Landis and Fair Oaks, the Starbucks. Two ago behind the Starbucks. Caller stopped from the drive-thru allowed. 415, two Hispanic males and two Hispanic females. Someone had a larger switchblade knife, not threatening anyone with it. Looks like one party was trying to take it away.
