Could you get started to number 12 Pine Ridge Drive. I had a female party who called. She said her parents' home is going to auction tomorrow. She stopped by just to check in on it as her parents were in the hospital. And she noticed that the house was spray-painted, vandalized. The door is barricaded. When she knocked on the door, nobody came to the door. She said that she could hear people inside and music playing, and there's a strange note on the front door warning people to stay out of the home. I did advise the party to wait in her car for your arrival and to walk away from the premises for now.
