It's going to be 3334 Lancer Drive, apartment 5. Caller's advising, someone was trying to get into the apartment and then left. Then returned and said that he was from the water department. Suspect did not have any credentials for the water department. They're requesting to see some officers. 279. Copy, do they want to speak over the phone or in person? In person.
