7098, 46 North Pollard Drive, 46 North Pollard Drive between West 1st Street South and Morin Drive. Complainant, Deborah Gregonis, stating two large black dogs and one small dog are loose. Her husband is attempting to get the dogs. They're possibly aggressive. Also believes one elderly female was injured but refuses EMS. It's backing up traffic.
