EMS 211, Rock Hill Ladder 3 responding, priority 1 for seizure, 337 East Mount Gallant Road at Manchester Meadows. It's going to be a parked car near the playground, a white Expedition with a 35-year-old female, history of epilepsy. She's been seizing for approximately 15 minutes now.
