240. Hey sir, just giving you a heads up, just in case you're in the area. It's a 16 high risk at State and High. Male, black, thick glasses, gray shirt, blue shorts, was in the roadway in front of the Rife building. Appeared agitated and was holding up traffic. OSP called over as well, stating that he may be having a 16B episode because someone is trying to kill him. Has a bike in the middle of the road and ran eastbound on State Street. Just wanted to give you a heads up. 10-4.

Yeah I saw that cat. He missed the 1 bus and started chasing it south on high screaming that he was God. Then he went back to the bus stop and was kicking his shoe as high in the air as he could in the middle of the street. Tasty Dawg ain’t a bad place to get some ice cream and sit outside lol
