We were driving along side the motorcycle and flew by us as we were going 35-40 mph as he was weaving around a couple car until the accident. Yes the Tesla was in a weird spot but also the motorcyclist wasn’t exactly driving the limit. I looked back on my dashcam footage several times. Hope he recovers quickly.

That’s not what happened here.. please don’t assume. I witnessed it and he and the loomis had the right away, the white Tesla was the one in the wrong here.
