It'll be at the rescue mission at 601 North Larch Street. Have a front sidewalk, two subjects, a white female and a black male, t-shirt, jeans, were asked to leave inside and went outside and set up camp. They want the subjects moved along. No drinking, weapons. They are possibly smoking either marijuana or cigarettes.
