Central units for the copy-lookout, reference, CNR Drive and 930 Haynes Mall. Should be a 2012 or 2013 black condo court with a personalized plate, B-U-L-L-D-A-W-G. The subject was driving in a CNR manner, yelling at the refused DR, causing a disturbance. Any unit coming in contact, stop and advise, KLS 490. Yeah, 231 for that.
