All units, attempt to locate a reckless driver. Last seen 700 East, 3900 South. Caller says it's going to be a truck driver that was swerving in and out of the lanes. License plate is going to be 9 Hotel Fox Sierra 6. Actually stated in the vehicle is going to be a gray Ford F-150. The vehicle has an American flag on the back window that's peeling and some peeling paint. They are advising the driver was sleeping at a red light as well. The driver is going to be a white male, late 50s. 50s, right?
