It's going to be at Oscars, 21165 East Moreland Boulevard. Caller's the owner of Oscars, stating that there's an ongoing issue with a homeless male that is sleeping on the outdoor picnic tables. He's now in the grass between Oscars and State Patrol. He was asked to move along and hasn't. He does have a backpack with him.
