624. Disregard the driver, let me know if you see it. Cicero and Montrose, northbound. A white Nissan Passpainter ran stop signs, almost hit several cars. Then it said last seen northbound on Cicero. The motorist may be high on something. Exited the vehicle and began yelling at people. Cicero and Montrose.
