4930 University Drive at Lange's and Clardy Chevrolet. Advising there's a parked black pickup truck with yellow lights on the top that was turning on the lights. The lights were flashing. Stayed on for a few minutes, then turned the vehicle off. There were no occupants seen on camera. Black pickup is on the northwest side of the parking lot, parked next to two white pickup trucks and a white SUV.
