They found a guy with a portable jump starter in his hands along with keys to the car - he said t He found the keys on the ground and that the portable jumper was his.... They ended up letting him go with a warning (but without the jumper). They said something about the car having been sold on carvana multiple times, and were trying to see if there's any cameras in the area that might show how it got there.....

why have a portable jumper if you don’t have a car?
he was obviously up to no good. perfect example of why cars are getting burglarized all the time because cops do nothing about it portable jumper and he found the keys- 0fc they let him go

They found a guy with a portable jump starter in his hands along with keys to the car - he said t He found the keys on the ground and that the portable jumper was his.... They ended up letting him go with a warning (but without the jumper).
