Engine 50, Rescue 50, Rescue 70, medical delta at the Great Oaks Village, Wittgenstein College, 1718 East Michigan Street, cross street, Dixon Avenue. Caller advised, two patients on scene, both having difficulty breathing, one 13-year-old female and one 14-year-old female. Caller advised, neither of them are responding normally, they're crying hysterically and cannot walk. Call takers still gathering further, 0006.
