He's still wearing some of the stolen merchandise from yesterday. It's going to be the REI store at Wilberton, 410 116th Avenue Northeast. White male in his 20s, 5'10", long brown hair, wearing a puffy jacket, white t-shirt. Blue jeans. He's currently in the camping area of the store.
