Idk if it’s the same guy been there’s been a dude who stands on any of the 4 corners of Bissell and Armitage for like hours, multiple times per day, just staring at people and/or of off into space. Tan white guy with shoulder length sandy/dark blonde wavy hair, usually wearing flip flops, swim shorts and short sleeve shirt or hoodie. First noticed him probably some time last month and he makes an appearance I feel like at least once per day. For the most part doesn’t engage with anybody but I’ve seen him sometimes try to initiate a conversation or just momentarily follow someone then go back to the corner.

This guy is a freak. Followed me on Webster as well (not for too long, but long enough to be unnerving). The following wasn’t even the worst - it was what he was saying.. shouting weird cryptic language such as “I’ve seen it all. I know all our memories, I know yours. I exist within it all.” Etc etc. Very creepy. Definitely could escalate to become much worse, hope CPD does something.
He’s approached and followed me multiple times since Saturday while out on walks during the day. Freaking me out. Knew it was him when I got the notification.
He’s been there for at least over a week. On the corner in AM and Evening
